Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective from January 1st 2025
At Eazy Services, we value your time and strive to offer the best doorstep car cleaning service. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process for both customers and our team.
Cancellation by Customer
One-time service bookings:
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
No-shows (when the customer is unavailable and does not respond at the time of service) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Subscription services (Bi-Weekly | Tri-Weekly | Weekly Once ):
Customers can pause their subscription anytime by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance Or Cancel Service at least 48 hours in Advance.
Refunds for subscription cancellations will be provided on a pro-rata basis, after deducting charges for services already availed and any applicable discounts or promotional offers.
2. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff unavailability). In such cases:
Customers will be notified in advance.
They may opt to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.
3. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case of payment through UPI or wallets, the refund may reflect sooner based on the provider’s timeline.
