1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, booking, subscribing to, or using any service offered by EazyServices (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), the customer (“Client”, “User”, “Customer”, “you”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

These Terms govern all one-time services, subscription plans, memberships, online payments, offline payments, promotions, offers, and any interaction with EazyServices.

2. Nature of Services

EazyServices provides:

  • Doorstep waterless car wash services
  • Exterior cleaning
  • Interior dust cleaning
  • Quick detailing services
  • Subscription-based car cleaning services
  • Add-on vehicle care services
  • Periodic maintenance cleaning

Service scope may vary depending on package selection, vehicle condition, weather, accessibility, and operational limitations.

3. Service Eligibility

To use our services:

  • You must provide accurate vehicle and contact details.
  • You must ensure lawful ownership or authorization to service the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must be accessible and safe for cleaning.
  • The service area must not create operational or safety risks.

EazyServices reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice if:

  • The location is unsafe.
  • The vehicle condition is hazardous.
  • The customer behaves abusively.
  • Access is restricted.
  • The vehicle contains biohazardous material, chemicals, illegal substances, or dangerous objects.

4. Service Limitations

EazyServices is a maintenance cleaning service, not a restoration or body repair service.

We do not guarantee:

  • Removal of permanent stains
  • Scratch removal
  • Paint correction
  • Dent correction
  • Rust removal
  • Restoration of neglected vehicles
  • Recovery of damaged clear coat
  • Results equivalent to ceramic coating or repainting

Certain contaminants including hard water stains, industrial fallout, oxidation, paint failure, deep scratches, bird dropping etching, tree sap damage, acid rain marks, and neglected interiors may require specialized detailing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • Removing valuables before service
  • Locking the vehicle if unattended
  • Informing us about existing damage
  • Ensuring legal parking permissions
  • Ensuring vehicle accessibility
  • Providing accurate subscription details

EazyServices shall not be liable for loss of:

  • Cash
  • Jewellery
  • Electronics
  • Documents
  • Personal belongings
  • Confidential material

left inside the vehicle.

6. Pre-Existing Damage Clause

Customers acknowledge that vehicles may already contain:

  • Scratches
  • Paint fading
  • Loose trims
  • Cracked plastics
  • Weak emblems
  • Poor repaint work
  • Oxidized surfaces
  • Damaged interiors

EazyServices shall not be held responsible for failures caused by pre-existing damage, poor aftermarket modifications, low-quality repainting, weak accessories, or degraded surfaces.

7. Waterless Cleaning Acknowledgment

The customer acknowledges that:

  • EazyServices uses waterless or low-moisture cleaning systems.
  • Results depend heavily on contamination level.
  • Extremely muddy vehicles may require additional charges or alternate cleaning methods.
  • Heavy sand, cement dust, construction debris, or hardened contaminants increase scratch risk regardless of cleaning method.

Customers agree that routine maintenance cleaning reduces long-term paint damage compared to irregular unprofessional washing.

8. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are provided subject to operational availability.

8.1 Subscription Validity

  • Subscription validity begins from the date of activation.
  • Missed services due to customer unavailability may not be compensated.
  • Service pauses are discretionary.
  • Unused services may expire.

8.2 Slot Allocation

  • Time slots are approximate.
  • Traffic, weather, emergencies, staffing shortages, or operational issues may delay services.
  • Exact timing is not guaranteed.

8.3 Service Frequency

Frequency depends on selected plan.

Examples:

  • Daily
  • Alternate day
  • Weekly
  • Monthly

9. Weather and Force Majeure

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to:

  • Heavy rain
  • Storms
  • Flooding
  • Heatwaves
  • Riots
  • Government restrictions
  • Political disturbances
  • Internet failures
  • Fuel shortages
  • Natural disasters
  • Employee strikes
  • Public emergencies

Such interruptions shall not create liability against EazyServices.

10. Access Restrictions

If security guards, gated communities, apartment management, commercial premises, or local authorities deny entry or create operational restrictions, EazyServices shall not be responsible for missed services.

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions.

11. Photos and Evidence

EazyServices reserves the right to:

  • Capture vehicle images before and after service
  • Use service images for training, dispute resolution, operational records, and quality control
  • Use non-identifiable marketing visuals unless explicitly objected to in writing

Vehicle registration numbers may be blurred at company discretion.

12. Pricing and Charges

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive dirt
  • Mud contamination
  • Pet hair
  • Vomit cleaning
  • Construction dust
  • Oversized vehicles
  • Emergency bookings
  • Remote locations
  • Festival demand periods

Taxes, platform charges, payment gateway fees, and convenience charges may apply.

13. Payments

Payments may be collected through:

  • UPI
  • Cash
  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Wallets
  • Subscription billing

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Subscription cancellation
  • Recovery action
  • Permanent account restriction

14. Refund Policy Reference

Refunds are governed separately under the Payment and Refund Policy.

15. Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide reasonable prior notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in:

  • Loss of service credits
  • Slot restrictions
  • Subscription suspension
  • Permanent refusal of service

16. Employee Protection Policy

Customers shall not:

  • Abuse employees
  • Threaten staff
  • Use discriminatory language
  • Attempt physical intimidation
  • Force employees to perform unsafe work

EazyServices reserves the right to terminate services immediately in such situations.

Legal action may be initiated where necessary.

17. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Marketing material
  • Service methods
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Training systems

remain the exclusive intellectual property of EazyServices.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

EazyServices shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of resale value
  • Loss of business
  • Emotional distress claims
  • Weather-related effects after service
  • Existing paint weakness
  • Surface degradation
  • Delayed drying due to humidity

Total liability, if established legally, shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed service.

19. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless EazyServices from:

  • False claims
  • Fraudulent disputes
  • Misrepresentation
  • Third-party claims arising from customer misconduct
  • Legal violations caused by customer instructions

20. Fraudulent Claims

Any intentionally false accusation, manipulated evidence, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or extortion attempt may result in:

  • Permanent blacklist
  • Legal proceedings
  • Police complaint
  • Civil recovery action

21. Termination Rights

EazyServices may terminate service access without refund if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Staff safety is compromised
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Repeated non-cooperation occurs
  • Illegal activity is identified

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

23. Modifications to Terms

EazyServices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
